The holiday season is upon us, a time for joy, warmth, and giving. As we celebrate, it's also a time to remember those less fortunate than ourselves and make a difference where we can.
This year, JustWorld International invites you to join our special holiday campaign and End of Year Fundraiser all about Honduras. For over 20 years, we've been working with Asociación Compartir to bring education, music, art, and hope to children in Honduras.
Our 'Education on Wheels' program is not just an initiative; it's a lifeline. In a country where over 60% of the population lacks proper literacy resources, our mobile learning program is a beacon of hope. We currently reach 3,000 children across 17 communities in Tegucigalpa, providing them with the resources they need to thrive.
This holiday season, we're asking for your support to help us continue and expand our work. Our goal for 2023 is to serve 2,635 more children in 20 additional communities throughout San Antonio de Oriente. But we can't do it without you.
Your generous gift can help us maintain our 'Education on Wheels' vehicle, enabling us to travel 100 miles each week to reach children in remote towns. It can provide vital resources for our literacy programs, including educational supplies, snacks, and support for our educators and volunteers.
